Dear Parents, Students and Staff

As we plan for the release of the results it is important that you have downloaded the Prosum App on your cell phone and that you know your username and password. All communications are on this app as well as the school fee statement. Reports will only be released via this communication. Reception will assist you with your username and password if there is a challenge. Let us iron out all the challenges before Wednesday, the 10th December at 11am when reports are released..

Textbooks

We have not retrieved all the textbooks. Our final appeal to you, our parents and students, to return all the school textbooks and library books this coming week. We have a record of who has returned their books and will not be handing textbooks to any one in the new year who has not handed in textbooks this year.

Outstanding School Fees

We have come to the final month of the year and to all those who have outstanding balances we appeal to you to pay your debt. The hand over takes place on Friday, the 19th December 2025. No student with outstanding school fees will be invited to a Matric Ball in 2026 and beyond.

Grade 11/12 subject changes

We have a short window period in which to do this for our Class of 2026. Parents please note that we will ensure changes in the following subjects only: Mathematics to Math Literacy, Physical Science to Business Studies and for 11D/12D EGD/Life Sciences to History.

Appeal Process

If your child has not met the minimum pass requirements, you have the right to appeal. The form is attached.

Rota Trim Paper, Toilet Roll, Exam Pad

Every student at Windsor High is required to hand in a box of paper, 12 toilet rolls and 1 examination pad with writing lines, on the first day of school in 2026. This is non-negotiable and register educators will monitor and do the follow up in 2026.

Thank you

As a school community we are continuously blessed with support in various forms. We thank the following parents Mr De Bruin and Mr Gumbo, newly elected on to the school governing body, for their willingness to serve the best interests of our school family. We thank Go Math and their sponsors for the donation to the school.

New Staff

We welcome on board the following educators that will join us in 2026 Mr Daniels, Ms Kalamdien, Ms Kajee and Ms Jury. In the administration zone we welcome Mr Sedien, Ms Van De Heever and Ms Janodien and finally in the sports department we welcome Mr Toefy and Mr Jattiem. Our staff complement has grown and we are indeed blessed to have these new staff members welcomed into the Windsor family.
