Your creativity was amazing. Your prizes can be collected on Monday from my office.
Safety Protocols
All schools have a safety committee who must meet quarterly. Safety policies dictate what we do in the case of an emergency. When there is a threat, external or internal, on any individual learner/s we do our due diligence. Our key priority is to ensure the safety of all on site. We are directly linked to Safer Schools and the SAP.
Student Leadership Training
On Tuesday, 25th November 2025 we will be having our last student leadership training for the academic year. This will be for all RCL members and class captains of 2025. The training will take place from 08:00 to 12:00.
Examinations
From Monday, 10th November 2025, all students from grades 8 to 12 will be involved in their final examination. We wish all our students well. Your performance in this examination will determine whether you move on to the next grade or not. We believe that each student has the potential to do this. It depends on preparation, study, attitude and sacrifice. If your child is absent from an examination, a medical certificate is required.
Examination Irregularities
No cell phones are allowed on the school site. It must be handed in at reception before school starts and collected after school. If a cell phone is found on a student in the exam room, it is an irregularity and a set procedure is followed. This can lead to a student receiving zero for the examination [grade 8-12] and in addition at grade 12 level being barred from writing the NSC exam for 3-5years.
Below are additional examples of irregularities that have the same consequences described above:Any form of sounds/ talking in an exam roomNot following the instructions of the invigilatorcausing a disturbance in the exam roomhaving crib notes or any additional papernot being in a sober condition [Consuming weed/edibles/alcohol]
School commences at 08:00 and dismisses Monday to Thursday at 1pm and 12:00 on a Friday. Please peruse the exam time table for when school will dismiss at 1:30pm. Punctuality is vital during this period of examination as the examination can commence at 08:30.
We pray for the protection and safety of all of the Windsor family. We pray especially for our children. En Avante, Forward and Upward.Kind Regards
Dianne Morgan-Meyer
